Shipping may take anywhere between 5-30 days, depending on the item.

U.S. Return Policy

Avyssos gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, not damaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a STORE CREDIT (AVYSSOS E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped. You can start your return here (create an account with the same e-mail you placed your order).

Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care within 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY at info@avyssos.com.

Final sale items cannot be returned. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

  • Items Marked “Final Sale”

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. You can do that by completing the form here.

If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations DO NOT qualify as defects.

RETURNS

SHIP YOUR RETURN

  • Start your return process by clicking the Return Portal Link here. ( “here” should be linked to the “Start a Return” form again)
  • The cost of return shipping is paid by buyer. We are not responsible for any return shipping fees/charges.
  • You can place multiple return orders into one package to return. To ensure you receive the correct return credit amount, you MUST request a “return authorization request” for each order you are sending back. You must include the invoice for ALL orders/items being returned.
  • Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept the return.
  • Once we receive the return, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping fees) to an Avyssos E-Gift Card sent to your order’s email address.
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks, from the date you mail your item(s), for your return to be processed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

Avyssos gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, not damaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to any international address for a STORE CREDIT (AVYSSOS E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped. Final sale items cannotbe returned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact Customer Care here ( “here”should be linked to the “Submit a request “ form) within 30 days of the label shipping date toinitiate a return. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed – you will receive an email confirmation when complete.

How long does it take to receive my refund/credit?

Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your Avyssos E-Gift Card sent to your email address on file.

Is there a return fee?

Returns are the buyers responsibility. All postage, shipping fees, and charges with regards to returns, are to be paid by the buyer. We will not incur any return shipping fees. The ONLY exclusion are returns for defective or damaged items that were not caused by improper care or handling. In this situation, we will credit the shipping fee along with the refund item amount on your Avyssos E-Gift Card that will be sent to your email address.

Do you offer price adjustments?

Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items.
